Warrick Ranches
The Warrick family and the land of NE Nebraska are impossible to separate. While each is unique they are also very intertwined. One would not be the same without the other. The Family History pages provided a perspective from the families' view of their lives. These pages attempt to describe the land which the Warrick family has owned and nurtured over the last century and the impact on the lives of the family members.
The Land's Story

Mission and Legacy
Chief Seattle made the observation when he was forced to leave his land and move to the reservation, that he had a difficulty understanding how the white men could think of selling land, water, and air. These were all gifts that god gave to all people, free for all to use.
My great-grandfather homesteaded land that today I own. I hope that when I pass from this earth that it will be is be as rich and productive that it was when he first farmed it 160 years ago. It is also my hope that it supports a system of sustainable agriculture that does not poison or depletes the ground water, that wildlife abounds, and family farms are profitable.
Enjoy this history of my family.
